Cancellation Policy
We are all human and I absolutely understand that life happens. I just ask for complete open communication. Upon booking you are sent a link to your appointment. With that link you have the ability to cancel your appointment up until 48 hours before. Anytime after the 48 hours, I ask that you text or email me personally so that I may have time to fill that spot. Both instances mentioned above would result in 0% cancellation fee. If canceling within 24 hours a 35% cancellation fee will be charged as it is more likely that I will not have enough time to fill your spot. MOST IMPORTANTLY this policy is in place to protect me from NO SHOWS meaning guests that have zero communication and do not show up for an appointment. NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. If you are running 15 minutes past your
scheduled appointment we will most likely need to reschedule your appointment. Again life happens, please just communicate with me.
